When received, applications will be processed to determine (pre)eligibility. An Acknowledgement/Denial Letter will be mailed. Waitlist Procedures. Once an application is pre-eligible", it will be placed in the appropriate bedroom selection list. Once applications near the superior top part of the list, prospects will be interviewed, information verified and pre-certified for possible prospect resident/unit offer. Prospects must ensure current contact information is updated & correct in the office for any communications or correspondence delivery.
