Complete financial documentation is required and must be sent with your application. Included in this package is the list of required documentation and additional forms, if applicable, to be sent in with your application. Applications will be logged in at time of receipt and will be reviewed in the order they are received. Incomplete applications will be notified of what is missing but a unit will not be held until a complete application has been received and reviewed as eligible. Applicants who submitted an incomplete application will be notified. Applicants that submit an incomplete application will be notified via email, if available, or by letter. The email or letter will include the list of missing documentation. If you submit the missing documentation and your application is determined complete you would be added to the waiting list. If units remain after, the available units would then be offered to you based on the date you were added to the waiting list and eligibility.
