There is a comprehensive screening process that allows for income and asset verification, credit and CORI checks, present and past landlord references, personal references and an interview with our property manager. Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc. provides comprehensive property management services to the building. You will receive a letter within 30 days telling you the status of your application.
Annual updates are sent to all active applicants. A response is required within 30 days of receipt of the update in order to maintain a waiting list status.
