Anchor Point 1 is providing this affordable rental opportunity in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40B.  Twenty 2-bedroom units and Eighteen 3-bedroom units will be offered to households earning at or below 60% of Area Median Income. AMI stands for Area Median income and Beverly is based in the Boston-Cambridge- Quincy, MA market area (the “Boston MSA”).  Therefore, income limits change on a yearly basis as prescribed by HUD.

Anchor Point 1 will be a residential building containing 38 new residential units of rental housing. The affordable units will be located within the building, with no distinguishing marks on the outside of the units.

The units will be Twenty (20) 2-bedroom units that are approximately 983 square feet and contains one full bath and the Eighteen (18) 3-bedroom units that are approximately 1,163 square feet and contain one and three quarters bath. The units will include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, disposal, dishwasher and central air conditioning.  There will be one community laundry room on each floor.  Hot water, heat/A/C, cooking electric, and general electric are all paid by owner.  Anchor Point 1 will have parking available on site.
