Resident Selection is based on thorough objective review of applications, utilizing uniformly applied criteria in compliance with all Fair Housing Laws. This application process requires documentation and certification of income eligibility. Applications submitted after the postmark deadline and applications deemed incomplete will not be considered.  A lottery process is utilized to determine the order in which applications are reviewed. In the review process, the first application that is determined to meet all eligibility and suitability requirements will be offered this available housing opportunity. Other eligible applicants will be placed on a wait list for future availability for one-bedroom homes at 40A Nelson Avenue.  The wait list expires on December 9, 2018.
