Rent is subject to annual change based on any changes to local Area Median Income (AMI) and utilities. Rents are not based on each applicant’s income (unless they already have a Section 8 voucher already or similar). Tenants will be responsible for paying natural gas (heat, cooking, and hot water) and electric, estimated at $188/month. Water, sewer, and trash collection are included in rents listed above.
