Proprietors Fields constructed in November 1979 is located just off of Main St., in Williamstown. A short walk or bus ride will bring you to the center of town.

The town senior center or Harper Center is located adjacent to the Proprietors Fields property and offers many activities including hot lunches, exercise, dance and cooking classes, health clinics, bingo, bridge, entertainment and social functions. Transportation is also provided for medical and social appointments, grocery shopping and banking and visiting to local nursing homes. Some of these activities require a voluntary donation.

A Resident Service Coordinator is on staff at Berkshire Housing to assist residents with assessment and provide coordination of needed services for a safe, happy and healthy living environment.

There is an on-site maintenance person. There is a central coin operated laundry room and community room. There is ample space for outdoor relaxing and plenty of parking. Each apartment contains emergency pull cord system, heat and smoke detectors for added safety and security.

Pets are allowed in accordance with Berkshire Housing's pet policy.
