As a housing seeker (consumer), you do not necessarily need to register for an account on the MassAccess web site. However, if you have a valid account, you can save searches for use on later visits to the web site.
Registering as a Consumer Seeking Housing

On the home page, choose Register below the Login box in left sidebar.

Fill in the consumer registration form:
Username – Enter a username to use when logging in.
Password – Type a password to use when logging in. Your password can be up to 20 characters long.
Password Confirmation - This prompt is designed to prevent typos when entering your chosen password. Re-type your password in this field rather than copying and pasting it from the Password field.
Security Question/Security Answer – Choose a security question and provide an answer to the question. You will be asked this question if you have forgotten your password, so choose a question and answer that you will remember.
